We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14- days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us the same day with images on WhatsApp number-+91-9580600379.If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
After Sharing Exchange details on-WhatsApp number-+91-95806 00379.We will validate all details. If the product is in warranty period. We will Exchange it with a new product.

Refunds
We have an exchange policy. But there are still some issues. We will provide a coupon of the same value to the customer for the next purchase.

Incorrect Personalization:

It is crucial to double-check all personalization details provided during the ordering process, including names, initials, numbers, spellings, colors, and any other relevant information. Uniformax.in will not be responsible for any errors in the personalization details provided by the customer.

Defective or Damaged Products:

In the rare instance that you receive a defective or damaged personalized product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue. If the defect or damage is confirmed to be a result of our error, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Customer Input Errors:

Uniformax.in will not be held liable for any errors or discrepancies in the personalization details provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all information provided for personalized products.

Exceptions:

Our No Refund and No Return Policy applies exclusively to personalized products. For non-personalized items, our standard return and refund policy will be applicable. Please refer to the relevant policy document for more information.
